St. Ivan Rilski Hotel Spa & Apartments is an all seasons residential and
holiday complex, located in one of Bulgaria's most magnificent mountains -
Pirin, that surrounds the ancient town of Bansko:

Named after the most honoured Bulgarian Saint - Saint Ivan Rilski, who
lived in the area during the 9th century, this miraculous site is
situated in close proximity to both the resorts' ski slopes as well as the
city's charming centre.

The area offers panoramic views of all three surrounding mountains - Pirin,
Rila, Rodopite, as well as the impressive old town of Bansko. Warm and
comfortable during winter, with facilities for all kinds of sports and a winter
season lasting up to 160 days, Bansko has the advantage of the perfect

St. Ivan Rilski Hotel, Spa & Apartments is situated on a plot of 13,000 square meters. The complex is in operation with Permit for Usage from 20th of February, 2007. The complex consists of a 4 Star Hotel, a Spa Centre and 4 edifices with apartments for sale.

St. Ivan Rilski Hotel includes:

• 87 single and double rooms and 7 apartments
• A restaurant for healthy food with 80-100seats
• A conference block with 3 halls and capacity 120 people
• 2 bars: a lobby bar and a budha bar

An exclusive Health and Sports centre with floorage of 1000 sq.m. that will occupy 2 levels and will offer a wide range of services, such as spa procedures and fitness programmes.

On the first level of the Health and Sports Centre a gym and a SPA Center (200 sq.m.) will be situated, while the second level is a swimming pool (130 sq.m.) which together with the locker-rooms and the surrounding area covers 350 sq.m. This level will also offer a spa centre with total space of 700 sq.m. Services provided for the guests: room service, telephone, internet, medical care (medical centre), children box , ski-lockers, parking, etc.
